All items sold by Hug-a-Bear are Imported, Preloved and Quality checked.

Responsibility

Hug-a-Bear will not be held responsible for any order after being successfully dispatched.

Cancellations

No order will be cancelled or refunded after payment has been made.

Delivery

Delivery and turnaround times are estimated and may change without prior written notice, due to the current National Lockdown as a result of Covid-19. If no tracking number is received within 7 working days from placing your order, kindly contact us to resolve the issue.

Damage and Returns

If any item is purchased with visible damage, please report this issue to us within 24 hours of receiving your order (supported by a clear photo). Please send your query to sales@hugabear.co.za

If it was found that the damage to the item occured prior to dispatching your order, we will issue a full credit refund to the value of the item to your account, which can be used towards your next purchase. All credits are subject to the item being returned (at no cost to us) within 24 hours of receiving a written return request. No delivery costs will be refunded.

If it was found that the damage to the item occured after dispatching the order or taking delivery thereof, we will not be held liable for any damage to the item and no credit refund will be issued.

Quality of Items

We strive to bring you only the best quality items. All items are therefore checked and approved before dispatching. Since all our items are preloved, some items may display small signs of wear and tear – they are all however tagged with the best affordable prices and can’t wait for their new homes…
